The iconic rapper’s “No Limits” performance headlines a loaded show featuring Uncle Snoop’s Army: Too Short, Warren G, Bone Thugs N Harmony, B-Legit, Baby Bash, Afro Man, Spice 1, The Luniz, East Sidaz and Suga Free.
