50 Cent's mouth got him in some trouble with Gabrielle Union. Known for always throwing shade at people -- or shows -- that he views as competition, 50 went a bit too far with the actress this time.
On Sunday (Aug. 6) night, the rapper wrote on IG: “Remember that other show that thought they were in competition with POWER, what happened to it? I don’t hear anyone talking s**t anymore. Now I’m gonna take over BET.” 50 was speaking about his upcoming BET show, 50 Central, taking the current hit show on the network's, Being Mary Jane, spot.
After seeing this message, the Being Mary Jane star clapped back. From the things that Union said back to Fif, we would say that he low-key felt a bit silly afterward...though he kept with the jokes.
"I don’t compete with other artists, only celebrate. Enough space for all of us to succeed," Union responded. "Cheers to Power and cheers to creative folks uplifting each other. ALL our programming could use more shine, so I opt to uplift."
See the entire exchange below. 50 put it on his Instagram.
