An Austin mom has found herself in a bunch of trouble with police one year AFTER leaving her kids in a hot car while heading into a South Austin Walmart to boost some items from the store and get her nails done. Raquel Perez apparently ran inside to steal a few items, went out to her car to drop them off, then went back inside for her 1pm nail appointment.
