Austin, TX is on a public safety alert after 2 explosions pm Monday killing a 17 year old boy and injuring his mother. On March 2nd there was an explosion as well.
Police think they are related. The victims received a hand delivered package on their front step and it exploded when opened. It is believed that the attacks are a hate crime since the victims are black.
