A woman's dog ran away without her collar on and someone found her and took her to the humane society. When she went to Austin Animal Center, she found out her dog was adopted just the day before. I WOULD BE DEVASTATED! Turns out the adoptive family basically say it's her fault that she hadn't microchipped the dog. C'mon! Have you no heart!!??? I'd give the dog back!! What do you think?
