It's been confirmed that Disney's Beauty and the Beast will get the live musical treatment from ABC.
The decision was announced today by ABC that the musical will go along with the 30th anniversary of the classic Disney tale.
This special will mix live-action and animation in the same way ABC did with The Little Mermaid two years ago.
Beauty and the Beast: A 30th Celebration will air on ABC on Thursday, December 15 at 8 p.m.
