There are no more limits on buying toilet paper at H-E-B. The San Antonio-based grocery store chain lifted the limits this week. There are still limits on brisket, paper towels, hand soap, certain heartburn products, and hand sanitizer. The restrictions were put in place due to the coronavirus pandemic.
