An Israeli couple was forced to pay $2200 for an apartment they never rented after a judge rules that the emoji's they used in a text conversation showed intent to rent the place even though there was no contract in place. The judge stated that the use of champagne bottle and dancing emoji's was enough to show the couple was excited and celebratory after being told the place was there's. Check it out HERE!
