Add another to the list of teachers hooking up with students. Lockhart High science teacher Sarah Fowlkes was arrested Monday on charges of an inappropriate relationship with a student. Thankfully, the student was 17, the age of consent in Texas, but still not allowed under the rules of being a teacher. Sarah has already been booked and bonded out.
